Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of research peptides, including strict handling and storage requirements, we are unable to accept returns or opened or reconstituted products.

If you believe there is a manufacturing issue or purity issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation (eg. photos). Claims submitted after the window will not be eligible for review.

Approved claims are eligible for store credit or product replacement only. No cash refunds. We do not cover issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or reconstitution.
